ISLAMABAD: A full court meeting was held here in the Supreme Court on Monday on the eve of new Judicial Year 2013-14.
The meeting was attended by the Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and all the judges of the Supreme Court except Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk, who is abroad on a visit.
Attorney General for Pakistan Munir A. Malik, Vice Chairman Pakistan Bar Council Syed Qalb-e-Hassan, President Supreme Court Bar Association Asrar Ul Haq Mian and office bearers of different bar councils also attended the meeting.
The ceremony was marked on the eve of new Judicial Year during which the performance of Supreme Court during the last year was highlighted.
The Chief Justice addressed the full court and mentioned difficulties and problems faced by the judiciary.
