Do you want us to ban industries in Pakistan? Supreme Court India asks the Uttar Pradesh govt

When Senior attorney Ranjit Kumar stated that dirty air from Pakistan was hurting the air quality in Delhi, Chief Justice of India NV Ramana responded, “Do you want us to outlaw Pakistan’s industries?”

He claimed that U.P.’s industries have no impact on pollution in the national capital since all of the state’s industries are downwind, and the contaminated air does not reach Delhi. The state of U.P. has protested against industry closures.
