In the ongoing investigation into the Rust shooting, local cops have secured a search warrant to go through Alec Baldwin’s cellphone.
An “Affiant is obtaining a warrant for the seizure and search of Alec Baldwin’s [sic] cell phone to look for any information connected to the death inquiry of Halyna Hutchins,” according to a Fox News story.
Due to persons utilizing cellular phones during and/or after the commission of crime(s), the “Affiant feels there may be evidence on the phone.”
The reason behind this is “If such information exists, it might be useful and pertinent to the inquiry.”
“Affiant was also informed that during interviews, multiple emails and text messages were sent and received referencing the movie project ‘Rust.'”
